Blog Hop Order
I like blog hops for their structure. I like to see the overlapping of what people do with the same or similar stencils. There isn't anything I don't like about them.
ReplyDeleteBlog hops are fun - I love them as long as there are not too many blogs to visit! Thanks for asking.
ReplyDeleteI love blog hops for the ideas and inspiration, meeting new artists and finding new opportunities. Since stencils are indeed my best friends, I plan to hop through to the end :-)
ReplyDeleteLOVE hops because:
ReplyDelete1. I LOVE having the chance to win!!
2. I LOVE getting acquainted with new artists and their art forms.
3. I LOVE learning new ways to use products.
DON'T LOVE THIS abt some hops:
1. Too long.
2. Prize isn't interesting or not worth my time hopping.
3. Blogs are hard to navigate or there are broken links.
4. Too many hoops to jump through: must be a follower, pin, like, tweet, etc.
5. Prefer Captcha over comments that must be okayed by blogger.....because I can at least see if my post was successful with Captcha.
Thanks for asking!!! And thanks for the chance to win!

I love blog hops because they show you the versatility of using products across artists. I only discovered hops this past year so its like opening a present. What I don't like is when links don't work or when there are too many steps (e.g. go here and here then come back, etc; sometimes they can be too long-- two weeks every day is too long for me). I like to be able to sit with coffee and spend an hour maybe two being inspired.
ReplyDeleteI love to see new stencils and ways to use them. I have several of Michelle Ward's stencils and would love more of her lovely designs. What I don't like but understand is never winning the giveaway stencils. Sigh!
ReplyDeleteFirst, thank you for the chance to win! I love these new stencils! Blog hops are fun - seeing different artists perspective with the same product is really inspiring
ReplyDeleteI love all your stencils they're amazing, I'm new to all this art journaling & scrapbooking but im learning... LOL... I am not really crazy about blog hopping for a contest, I would rather comment on one blog... I love to learn about all the other blogs & join their blogs as well so I can follow them in their creative journey, but I would rather just enter on one blog.... Your stencils are fabulous! I would love to win.... <3

ReplyDeleteNormally I don't have a lot of time to visit blogs but during blog hops I can always make time to visit 'just one' and I almost always learn something new.
ReplyDeleteI like blog hops because I meet artists I may never have found any other way.
ReplyDeleteI love Blog Hops. My favorite part is seeing the versatility of new products. I often buy a product I liked, but didn't think I'd use, after seeing the designers projects.
ReplyDeleteStencil Girl Blog Hops are extra fab as the designers each have their own style. There are quite often videos & new techniques to be learnt too. Theresa x
Blog hops are a great way to come across different artists, techniques and resources. When I have the luxury of time the process is like chatting to like-minded people, widening my creative community. Sometimes a bit tedious when you are requested to tweet, pin and like, although I can understand it's a good way to get peoples names 'out there'. If the list is long I sometimes run out of steam/interest. Of course the lottery element of 'winning' adds to the thrill!
ReplyDeleteI like the blog hop to see the different talented works of art.
ReplyDeleteI visit the blogs to see the work not for the gift. This is like going to the casino and playing the slot machine or the lottery.
However, leaving a comment on all the blogs is time consuming and not easy. Each blog has a different process and validation which is extremely frustrating. I usually do not leave a comment because of the steps required to leave a comments.
As i stated in the beginning, I love seeing the creativity.
Muchas gracias. Feliz dÃa.
ReplyDeleteFairly new to stencils, and learning new ideas. Awesome designs by Michelle! This is the 2nd blog hop of yours that I've followed. Hops can be a bit time consuming, esp. when my computer loads SLOW, but I LOVE all the inspiration I get too :) Thanks so much for a chance to win!
ReplyDeleteI love blog hops especially when everyone uses the same product! Great ideas and shows everyone's imagination... TFS..
ReplyDeleteI love blog hops. When I first started crafting I wasted a lot of money on products that looked good, but that I didn't use. Blog hops help me to get the most bang for my buck, by helping me choose the right products for my style & to get as much use out of them as possible.
ReplyDeleteWhat I love about blog hops is that I get introduced to new artists that I might not have found otherwise, as well as getting to catch up with some faves. However, I usually find the list of artists too long, simply because it's challenging to find the time and space to follow a hop for that long -- life just gets in the way at some point.
ReplyDeleteBlog hops are such a fun way to "meet" new artists!
ReplyDeleteI like blog hops, its interesting to see how different each artist is
ReplyDeleteLove Blog hops. Always find something new or something that intrigues me.
ReplyDeleteI like blog hops because they give me lots of different ideas as to how to use new tools/equipment.
ReplyDeleteI enjoy them because I get to see how others create and I don't like them because sometimes I get mixed up for the order and not always sure if I have done a Hop to a certain one LOL totally my own fault.
ReplyDeleteI like blog hops because they take to me to sites and introduce me to artists that I might not be aware of. The only thing I don't like is that many times I can't take the time to get all the way through the list or I lose my place along the way. But I do love them and the diverse ideas they present.
ReplyDeleteDelighted to be a part of this blog hop! Michelle's new stencils are fabulous!!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations, Michelle! Great new additions to the line.
ReplyDeleteI enjoy the diversity of ideas I see on blog hops. Each artist adds a new dimension to the flat Mylar, bringing it to 3D life.
My only frustration is that I sometimes experience difficulties posting the comments, usually because of browser compatibility issues.
I love bloghops because they are inspiring and usually introduce me to someone I did not know of. I don't like them because I don't always have the time I want to explore and play. Working gets in the way.
ReplyDeleteI love bloghops because they are inspiring and usually introduce me to someone I did not know of. I don't like them because I don't always have the time I want to explore and play. Working gets in the way.
ReplyDeleteI enjoy the hops because you see so many different ideas and techniques. You also find new companies and designers that you might not have heard of before and had no way of finding on your own. My complaint is when there is a prize offered for doing the hop, they say the winner will be announced on ........ I go back to the site on that day and the day after and the day......... and it may take weeks before they finally announce who won. I love winning prizes. I'd really like to win some of these stencils. My plan is to start doing stenciling - just have to buckle down and get started. thanks for the chance to win.
ReplyDeleteI really like the new stencils!! can't wait to see how I am going to be inspired! Off to hop!!
ReplyDeleteThanks for showing all the new yummy stencils. I like abstract.
ReplyDeleteI love blog hops for the inspiration from other others and finding new blogs that I want to follow.
ReplyDeleteI love blog hops because I always find new blogs to follow and there's always so much inspiration. I love the new stencils.
ReplyDeleteI love blog hops because there is wonderful opportunity to be introduced to something or someone new to me. I don't like them because I have limited data usage and I feel rushed to try to get through it, which is not the problem of the blog host at all. Blog hops can be an inspirational and fun experience.
ReplyDeleteBlog hops, for me, are like going to a museum to see wonderful works of art. Every artist has a unique way of making art come to life. I probably spend way too much time on them, but it is the "me" time that gives me the inspiration to make my own art. Thank you for sharing all these artists' talents.
ReplyDeleteI'm never really sure that I am entered correctly. Also, Does the order in which I view the hop matter?
ReplyDeleteI love seeing what people are doing.
ReplyDeleteI like seeing all the different ways that the stencils are used. This one was really great.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE the blog hops! They are so inspiring and fun. Thank you to everyone who offers their posts!
ReplyDeleteI like blog hops because not only do you get the chance to win a prize but also I'm introduced to new blogs.
ReplyDeleteI like blog hops because not only do you get the chance to win a prize but also I'm introduced to new blogs.
ReplyDeleteI can think of lots of ways to use these new stencils. Thanks for posting the blog hop. Never heard of that before.
ReplyDeleteLove all the wonderful tutorials on the blog hops. Do not like the fact I never win anything and do not like having to read the numbers, etc to prove I am not a robot. Not even a robot could read these words/letters. Love these new stencils.
ReplyDeleteI have a love/hate relationship with blog hops. I love being able to see a product used in different ways and love "meeting" new artists. I love the opportunity to possibly win a prize I'm interested in. I really dislike that some blog hops involve too many hops, posts aren't up when they are supposed to be and broken links. I also dislike when prizes are given and winners not announced on the day stated for the announcement. I also dislike hops that involve having to jump though hoops to enter a drawing...a comment should be enough and not all the like this and pin that.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE all of Michele's stencils and I'm keeping my finger crossed that the gift gods will smile upon me this one time...thanks for the opportunity and for the great gift package!!
I LOVE blog hops. They give me inspiration, showing me innovative ways to use stencils. I get to see new products, and meet clever bloggers. They are always FUN.
ReplyDeleteI hate them because of the time factor, but I do like gathering inspiration.
ReplyDeleteI really enjoy seeing the creativity of the artists - how one product can be interpreted in so many different ways. I also love getting to know new artists I might never have been exposed to otherwise. I've bookmarked many sites from my hopping to revisit. On the flip side, I'd prefer if the winners were announced to everyone (not just the lucky individuals) to close out the hop.
ReplyDeleteWhat I find fascinating is how a group of artists can take the same basic materials and each one can create something unique! Seeing each one's style come to life is so inspiring, and makes me want to get out all my art supplies to play along!
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to all the great inspirations that come from a great group of artists!
ReplyDeletecan't think of anything i don't like about hops... unless they get complicated to follow. but i really enjoy them! thanks for the new stencils, and to everyone for playing in the hop, too! xo {love my stencils - always n forever!}
ReplyDeleteBog hops are a fun way to focus and direct my web surfing. Love seeing the variety and creativity of the individual artists--and the giveaways are a bonus:)
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to get my stencils!
ReplyDeleteBlog hops are great - I just run out of time and rarely get to all of the blogs! Very cool new stencils!
ReplyDeleteI love these stencils!!
ReplyDeleteIt is nice to see how different bloggers use the stencil (product) . If it is a give away then just give it away. One chance and forget all the hoops, skips and jumps! Time clicking okay is time away from doing it!
ReplyDeleteI love the hops because it takes me places and shows me things I never would have found on my own.
ReplyDeleteI really like the blog hops because it has introduced me to so many wonderful artists I have not known before. I love to see what can e done with all the great Stencil Girl stencils. Thanks
ReplyDeletei like to look at all the projects on blog hops, but most include too many blogs. i only have time for 4-6, depending on the length of the blogs. i like the blogs that give step-by-step instructions so i can learn while enjoying the art.
ReplyDeleteI love the blog hops, they take time, but it really is like a virtual field trip to the studios of all these wonderful mixed media artists!! My poor wallet, I think I'm going to order both sets!!!
ReplyDeleteI enjoy the blog hops! See many different ideas for mixed media. I just wish I would win sometime!
ReplyDeleteLove all the circles.
ReplyDeleteAlthough I enjoy blog hops (in order to see what other artists create), sometimes there are just too many blogs to stop at. I love Michelle's stencils!
ReplyDeleteI love the blog hops and I love seeing everybody's ideas. I want to win this one!
ReplyDeleteI love the blog hops and I love seeing everybody's ideas. I want to win this one!
ReplyDeleteI love seeing what others create with the stencils, but sometimes it has so many participants spread over so many days
ReplyDeletethat you don't always remember to check them all out.
You can't beat all the great inspiration from a blog hop!
ReplyDeleteC Pertuit
what I love about blog hopping is all the new artists you get to tour
ReplyDeletewhat I hate is I get lost in them before I finish the blog hop - so much to see.
I love hopping with you gals and most others;as I get to check out the Art of others and sometimes pick-up on new techniques and definitely for the inspiration!!
ReplyDeleteHugs and thank you!
I like to see everything on the blogs, but if I have to comment on each one, I get confused and forget where I've been or left comments already, so I have to keep notes!
ReplyDeleteI really enjoy seeing what everyone creates on blog hops.

I love blog hops! My only problem with them is that I become so intrigued with each blog that it takes me a looooong time to finish the hop. But I sure enjoy the adventure!!!
ReplyDeleteLovely blog hop, loved all the projects and the new stencil line!
ReplyDeleteI love blog hop ..gives me ideas to try and very pretty.
ReplyDeleteYour blog is such an inspiration.
ReplyDeleteI love blog hops for inspiration and intro of new products. I love these stencils! Wish there were more blog hops. Thanks for the chance to win. cjdempsey9 at msn dot com
ReplyDeleteI have a love/don't-love relationship with blog hops.
ReplyDeleteLOVE:
- seeing the different interpretations of the same product from one artist to the next
- being introduced to an artist I might never have discovered on my own
- the anticipation that I might be the winner
DON'T LOVE:
- broken links or post not up when scheduled
- being told to tweet this, pin that AND comment, too!
- late announcement of winner
I know it's called a blog hop and that's what we have to do, but wouldn't it be great if all the featured artists were on the host's blog in separate posts so they could be commented on separately?
A person could really get in the zone with these stencils!
ReplyDeleteLove blog hops because it gives a chance to see multiple artists' spin on the same materials. It's awe-inspiring and inspires creativity in us all.
ReplyDeleteI love to see what creative people are doing with the stencils. It's fun to see what each one does with the same stencil. It's amazing to see where they go.

ReplyDeleteas always, love the new stencils
ReplyDeleteJust attended Mary Beth's online webinar and am keen to try the wet/dry techniques she introduced using her stencil line. Meredith
ReplyDeleteI love blog hops - new blogs to discover, often the chance of stuff to win1
ReplyDeleteWhat's not to like????
Great stencils! Thank you for organizing the blog hop and the chances to win.
ReplyDeleteDone hopping! Blown away but the many varied uses of the stencils! Amazing work!
ReplyDeleteyou know you are enabling my stencil addiction.......thank you!! i love your stencils, your blog hops with all the great ideas, your generosity, you inspiration, and all the great people you have creating for you. hoping my hopping will help me have these great stencils delivered to my house. xoxox
ReplyDeleteGreat blog hop, tips and ideas, and a chance to win. I love the stencils.
DeleteJust discovered your stencils; they are great! Found some new artists to follow on your blog hop; such fun!
ReplyDeleteGreat blog hop and opportunity! Would love the opportunity to win!
ReplyDeletenice stendoodle! love the new technique!
ReplyDeleteI love blog hops as they are such a great way to find new inspiration and discover artists and products that you may not have been familiar with.
ReplyDeleteI understand the hops, but I'll admit I'm not too into them. Many times I feel like I can't totally believe what the blogger has to say about the product because they're getting free advertising out of it. I like seeing different takes on usage, but after a while the ideas start to repeat themselves. That said...love the stencils!
ReplyDeletehops are difficult on my phone where I do most of my email reading
ReplyDeleteLove the blog hops. I learn so many new techniques and ideas. Just FUN.
ReplyDeleteI love hops because they showcase different people working with the same stuff and showing the versatility of the items. Can't think of anything not to like about them!
ReplyDeleteGreat project and hop... only found it tonight!
ReplyDeleteI love the inspiration blog hops provide as well as a way to see new artists. Thanks for the fun here!
ReplyDeleteThis was a great blog hop! These stencils are great and would really love to win some.
ReplyDeleteThere are two reasons I love Blog Hops! I love to be inspired by all the different artists & their projects! Second, being a single mom who lost her job.....having a chance to win something I can't afford to buy right now is awesome! I can't think of anything to dislike!
ReplyDeleteI love these stencils. Everything Michelle does is wonderful
ReplyDeleteI love the easy connection to other fabulous artists! so much fun!
ReplyDeleteI love the inspiration I receive.
ReplyDeletebeautiful! I love!
ReplyDeleteI like blog hops for the chance to win and for all the creative ideas. I don't like them if there are too many hoops to jump through, but I dont see that with Stencil Girl hops. Thank you!
ReplyDelete
