We've got a new ATC stencil launching today from Roxanne Evans Stout based on the Berber Compass. Not sure what a Berber Compass is?...that's ok, neither was I when I first heard the name. So I did a wee bit of digging via Google and found out that the Berbers were a nomadic desert tribe in North Africa and Morrocco and way back when they developed a compass to help them find their way. These designs are loosely based on this compass and similar etchings found on them. Use this stencil in your art to add organic symbolism to your work.
