StencilClub Fun

Tick Tock!
Janet here....
It is almost time for the StencilClub Stencils to arrive in Your mailbox!

And then it is time for ART!

I applied one of the clock faces into my Daily
and just played with it.
I started with black and white
and then decided to add the blue.

Then another clock face was added to the other side.

I like these bold numbers on the clock face....
somewhere in the future I will be using these for dates in my Daily..
just to change things up a little!
I had used this quarter of a clock face back in March
to commemorate the time change.

Did anyone notice this little stand alone figure on the above left here?
What does it remind you of?
It totally peeked my interest when I noticed it.
Maybe a chess piece? A balance scale?

I settled on it for a border of flowers!

It reminded me of the toy I had when I was a kid
where you squeezed the plastic goop into molds
and baked it in the little oven.
The happy flowers were my favorite.

That is what this reminded me of:
Happy Flowers!

Happy Happy Spring Spring!
Have FUN stenciling!

  1. I really love what youve done with Carolyn's fab stencils. Your doodling is amazing and that blue colour makes it all stand out so well.
    Gill xx

  2. Janet, I love the black/white with blue! Stunning!

  3. I found it on Google! The toy was from the 1960's and was called a Thingmaker with the Fun Flowers Set(1966)! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Creepy_Crawlers

  4. Wow! Wow! Wow! All I can say is Wow!!! Janet you are amazing!

  5. I love how you nested the clock face. Are those also stencils? If so, can you share? Or maybe that is all your amazing doodling? Either way the two go together perfectly. Love it.

    1. All the clock faces are part of the stencil....that's how it comes! Are you in StencilClub? If so, you will be getting it in the mail!

  6. Always delightful seeing your journal pages, Janet!
Love all your blues in these and the dynamic compositions you created with the clock faces!

  7. Janet, your attention to detail never fails to blow my mind. This is such a delightful post. Thank you for *everything* you do. xox

  8. Super creative! I think you took this stencil to a whole new level - well done!
