Hi, everyone! Mary Nasser here today to show you what I did with the
EXCLUSIVE June 2015 StencilClub stencils designed by Cecilia Swatton!
Today I'm sharing what I created for Week 21 of
May’s Theme
Touchy Feely (Texture)
May 23 Challenge & Prompt
Art Challenge: Cheesecloth
Journal Prompt: Say Cheese
I began this page with a layer of black gesso, then stenciled with white acrylic, collaging in more circles I'd punched from Rae Missigman's Scribbles Collage Paper to complement the Crop Circles.
Then I added layers of Dyan Reavely's Dylusions Acrylic Paints, oil pastels, cheesecloth I dyed with Ken Oliver's Color Burst, paint and ink pens, and Katie Pertiet's free card No. 20 download.
Below are detailed photos:
And I've been using Cecilia's new stencils in my small art journal, too!
Having such fun with them!
