PanPastel and StencilGirl Day FOUR



FINAL DAY!
Welcome to PanPastel Week here on StencilGirl Talk! 
We have heard from so many of you that you want to learn how to use PanPastel's with stencils. Wish granted! The extremely generous people over at PanPastel have come to the rescue and supplied the StencilGirl Team with some of their gorgeous PanPastel's to work with to show you some of our favorite techniques with stencils. Not only that, StencilGirl has put together a prize package with some of this product and a stencil, of course, to share the color love with YOU!

  1. Thanks for adding the sponges to your shop. It is always good to know tricks to the trade and knowing now, which sponges are the best to use, will save so many folks money and time they needn't spend shopping for junk. Loved this Blog Hop. Sad it's almost over :( Thanks so much!

Wow - this blog hop is really showing me that I really do need some of these pan pastels….they are an amazing medium, and having multiple artists demonstrate the many ways to use them in a blog hop was sheer genius, Mary Beth!   15. I have the pastels but have to admit I haven't done anything with them. I didn't know how to use them and reading a little leaflet doesn't give you much direction. This week has done a lot in educating me on how the pastels can be used for so many different effects. thanks so much for having the hop and for being so generous with your knowledge.

  24. the sponges look like a must have with the pan pastels and even using with my paints... going on my wish list for sure. Love Carolyn's project I always love how her just go with it projects turn out I try and sometimes get lucky when I try that method, wish I could do it more :) The daisy is just to cute, I really want to try some of the golden ground paste she used. Thanks for sharing all the great projects this week, I can't wait to try the pan pastels for more then just shading on my faces, but I just can't work up a project for one simple yellow color :) lol

  28. I've never tried pan pastels but they are on my LIST. You know what list I'm talking about The MUST-TRY list! The sponges look great. Mine always fall apart because I like to put the paint on in a circular motion. These sponges are now on my list too! Thanks for the opportunity with this wonder giveaway!

  56. I have seen pan pastel at a workshop I went to on journal making but I didn't get to try them myself. I really like the way they are presented in a pallet so you could take them with you for art on the run.
