ReplyDeleteI DO use PanPastels with stencils!
I have been a bog fan of PanPastls because they are luscious, creamy and so blend-able. They are pastels, but so much more, and to my way of thinking, they are far superior to mere pastels.
I am particularly fond of blend-able thin layers of color in stencils to obtain an ombre effect.
Thanks for the chance to win! I would be so delighted !
