Each chakra mandala is characterized by a geometric pattern, surrounded by a specific number of lotus petals that involve careful measuring and planning to trace with a pen or use with paints.

Kathryn says, "Rooted in the yogic tradition, chakras are part of our energetic body. There are seven main chakras located along the spine where energy is stored, regulated, and distributed. Each chakra has a specific tone that relates to targeted areas of the body and has a distinct effect on our mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being."
