Daniella Woolf: StencilGirl® Stencil Designs Inspired by Travel

Hi, everyone! Daniella Woolf here! Happy to be back again!

In my previous posts, I talked about how travel inspires my design work for StencilGirl®. I’ve put together this group in which all the imagery is more or less earth-based. The countries inspiring these stencils were Vietnam, Turkey, Laos, Thailand and Washington State in USA.

Brick Factory was in Vietnam. I always love an industrial tour!

Turkish Wedged Stones were ruins discovered on a hike in the Turkish countryside near Cappadocia.

Earth Crackles were on the banks of the Mekong River in Laos.

Basket was the image of the bottom of a basket belonging to a vendor at an outdoor market in Thailand.

Pollen for the Bees was taken at my friend’s pond on Whidbey Island. This blossom was hiding under an enormous pond leaf.

In this photo, I’m holding on tight to take a selfie in the Sahara Desert on a camel ride in Morocco!
