Carolyn Dube here and I'm playing with the April StencilClub design by Jessica Sporn. I couldn't resist the 9x12 stencil with so many wonderful details!
Step 1: Modeling Paste through the stencil. Hardest part is letting it dry completely before going on....
Step 2: Added green acrylic paint and wiped it off the top.
Step 3: Loosely played around with Golden's QOR watercolors and explored the patterns.
Step 4: Added Gelatos and they are not exactly a precise kind of tool for this. That means I did not color inside the lines at all.
Step 5: A Stabilo pencil, that writes on anything, to bring out the florals and shapes.

This is beautiful! I'm absolutely loving the idea of using watercolors and Gelatos on top of molding paste... I've never tried that, but now I'm feeling inspired!
