Altered Tea Tray

Hi!

Katie Lamb here; I am back on the blog today with this altered tea tray so you can serve up tea and biscuits in style.

Take a wooden tray and paint with two coats of multi-surface paint, this one needs a week to air cure so it doesn't come back off so read the instructions carefully.

Next mix Emerald Green Brusho Powder or equivalent in with some Modeling paste. Use a spatula to apply the paste around the edge of the tray. Allow each section to fully set before moving onto the next bit to avoid smudging.

Once the sides have set apply a couple of stencils to the center of the try. I used Large flowers and allowed that to dry before adding a smaller pattern in the gaps.

To get the stencils to fit into smaller areas, I cut up the sheet so that they are ATC sized.
