Mixed Media Art Journaling with Mary Beth's Stencils!

Hi! Mary Nasser here!
Today I'm playing with two of Mary Beth Shaw's new StencilGirl designs in my art journal:

You might think Mary Beth gets to design stencils all the time,
but she is one busy woman owning and running StencilGirl Products!
So when she does get to design stencils, it's always a delightful treat!
As she wrote on her blog recently: "The stencils I design are the ones that I want to use." Whee!!

Below is my first journal spread, layered with papers, paints, rubberstamps, inks,
and Little Eddy Rose on black gessoed pages:

And below is a detail:

This is my second spread, with both stencils, this time on white gessoed pages:

And a detail:

My third spread includes both stencils again, playing with both the positive and negative shapes
of Little Eddy Rose! This is on black gessoed pages as well:

And one last detail:

Other supplies incorporated:

I'm in love with these two new stencils, and I haven't put them away since they arrived!
Happy art journaling and stenciling!!
