Did Someone Say Florals?

Jennifer got her inspiration for this collection by studying some of the history behind the Paisley motif that has been around for centuries. Some trace the Paisley's beginnings to ancient Babylon or in weavings dating back to the first millennium BC. The paisley, known as "boteh" or "buta" refers to the teardrop shape and has been used in weavings, fabric and home decor by people worldwide. Depending on the culture, it can symbolize a tree, fire, the yin-yang symbol, or a spray of floral elements.
