Though there are many different explanations regarding the Four Elements of Nature, (Wind, Earth, Water, and Fire) Cat became captivated with them last year while reading an article by Rebecca Pacheco about meditation. A simple concept that refers to each element as energy and how we can connect to that energy through mindfulness, play, and creativity. This set was inspired by this belief and choosing which point of entry you'd like to focus on when you create.
In Cat's version of Yin and Yang the rigid squares represent “discipline” and the wavy lines represent “going with the flow”. Opposing but complementary forces are needed to find balance in your universe.
