What I like to do is spray the stencil on the positive side first and then place It upside down as a release on a separate sheet of paper (as a negative) You can view the video I previously created working with spray paints using this technique. Most often, I prefer the negative image.
here are some of the positives and negatives:
for the halo - "Angel Circle" by Kate Thompson #S271
----------------------------------------
"Alchemy" by Laurie Mika, #L783
-------------------------------------
"Bold Flowers" by Terri Stegmiller, #L281
(for the wings/arms) "Flower Pot Mask " by Suzi Dennis, #L398
---------------------------------------------
Next, I laid It out to audition the layout before gluing It to watercolor paper
Wow, Kecia, what a great way to create …love how it fit together and without any fussy cutting or painting….you are the best for sharing so much
ReplyDeleteI love how it turned out, too! Thanks for the inspiration, Kecia!
