Round Gelli Plates + StencilGirl Stencils!

Hi! Mary Nasser here sharing what I created for week twelve of

March’s Theme
Making Your Mark (Doodles & Mark Making)

March 21 Challenge & Prompt
Art Challenge: As a Focal Point
Journal Prompt: Coming into Focus
For these pages, I used round Gelli printing plates in all three sizes: 4" round6" roundand 8" round
along with LOTS of StencilGirl stencils!

Inspired by Gelli Arts' Gelli Stamping Layered Circles! video,
I gave this stamping and layering technique a try and had a TON of fun with the process!

My goal was to use a different stencil in each circle to create lots of variety.
I also wanted a range of colors, too.
The repeated circle shapes unify the composition wonderfully.

Inspired by the journal prompt Coming into FocusI incorporated the quote:
"If you want to know where your heart lies, look to where your mind wanders."

Below are details of my pages:

Stencils used:
What's the Point?
Scribble Scratch Handwriting
Spheres
Merry Go Round
Seeds
Tiny Medallion
String
February 2015 StencilClub Large Stencil
November 2014 StencilClub Large Stencil
October 2014 StencilClub Large Stencil
August 2014 StencilClub Small Stencil

Happy Stenciling and Printing!
